Using our small excavator in combination with laser levelling systems, we prepared the ground for a new internal stable complex installation. The barn had been used an open area for wintering horses, so our first task was to remove the deep layer of manure and dispose of it. We then imported several lorry loads of chalk for the hardcore base. Our machine operator then distributed the hardcore and levelled out with the laser equipment.

We then installed the temporary timber formwork ready for the concrete and over a period of 3 days we poured the concrete into each of the three sections. We engaged local contractors to assist pouring and levelling the concrete.
